Terms and Conditions

1. The days and times of sessions between the client and (Dr) Muzammal / Restorative Wholeness will be agreed in writing/by email.

2. Securing of a time booking is dependent on full payment by the client.
   a) If the client is asked to make payment within a time-frame, it will be their responsibility to ensure that full payment has successfully been made within that time-frame.
   b) If the full payment has not been successfully made within the stated time-frame, there can be no guarantee that their place will be held.
   c) Once the client has made full payment, they are asked to immediately communicate this via email to (Dr) Muzammal / Restorative Wholeness, who will then confirm receipt typically within a few hours to a day of the transfer being received.

3. If needing to rearrange a session, it is helpful to have a week’s notice. If less than 48 hours notice is given by the client, the full fee will normally be payable.

4. Once dates and times have been agreed, normally no more than one in every three sessions within a package may be rearranged.

5. If (Dr) Muzammal / Restorative Wholeness cancels or rearranges a session, no payment will be due for the cancelled session.

6. If the client wishes to cancel a package of sessions, this would need to be stated by email. A refund would be given for the unused portion of the package (not including any session scheduled in the next 48 hours) minus both a £50 cancellation fee and any transaction fees.
