What would it be like to receive the highly personalised and deep level of support you need, to transform the pain you're in, so that you can experience the joy and fulfillment you seek?

One of the key therapeutic approaches we use at Restorative Wholeness is The Journey Therapy offered by our experienced, Medically Trained Therapist.

Our packages offer you powerful support, and the possibility of being finally free from almost any kind of issue: emotional, physical or a behaviour – by getting to the underlying emotional root – Clearing out blocks that may have held you back for many years.

Depression or Anxiety

By releasing emotional blocks contributing to low mood, depression or anxiety, our mood can lift and our nervous system can settle. This helps us towards regaining the energy, focus and motivation to do the things we love!

Career and Work

If we're feeling trapped in an unfulfilling work or life-situation, this can be because the idea of moving out of our comfort zone triggers deep-rooted fear.

Safely meeting and releasing this fear with professional guided support can open us to greater freedom. It can also reveal direction and purpose leading us to take meaningful action to transform our situation. We begin to move into a space of greater fulfillment that also benefits the wider community and planet.

Relationship Breakdown

Breakdown in a relationship may be experienced alongside emotional baggage or blocks that obscure our authentic self - Or there may be feelings of loss, anger, blame or even guilt.

As we release these trapped emotions the possibility arises for authentic, deeper healing and even forgiveness of our self and others. We become free of the past, while stepping into a fresh, more alive experience of our self and the world.

Physical illness

Illness, or disease, too, may arise after an emotionally traumatic event, or through the accumulation of emotional baggage.

Releasing the stored pain can free us from our past, open up meaning, and help us move forward in our life.

As we become more whole, we simultaneously open up the possibility for physical healing.

Eco-anxiety and Eco-grief

As we continue to recognise the extent to which dominating human systems have disrupted the balance in nature, and how this is already manifesting, more people are strongly experiencing emotions such as anxiety, helplessness, loss, or grief, for example.

As someone who has been active with ecological justice work over the years, I’ve had to process some of these feelings myself.

I can also work with you to support you take the healthier option of fully facing these emotions, rather than trying to ignore them or attempt to take action with distracting emotional turbulence in the background. By meeting, processing and letting whatever emotions you are experiencing to therapeutically compost, you get to connect more fully with all parts of yourself, including the wiser, deeper voice underneath all the surface level activity.

The openings this deep therapeutic work leads to can can help you discover your own place of power and what role(s) you can constructively and responsibly take, given the place our society and the planet is currently in.

A Powerful, Direct Approach

Whatever the reason, and whatever you are facing, I offer my many years of experience with Emotional Breakthrough Journeywork as a powerful, direct approach to help you safely release emotional blocks.

Simultaneously, you gain insights, and begin the process of healing and growth.

This is a direct approach to fully finally face what you were avoiding, and resolving the core emotional root cause within an experience of peace and acceptance.

In my experience – both personal and working with clients – this emotional breakthrough work is one of the most powerful transformational approaches I have come across.

One of my clients wrote:

"I have done years of various talk therapies and the process was like no other I've experienced. The focus and deep exploration of emotions,  without entering the mental story, allows one to enter unchartered territories....a geography where talk therapies rarely arrive."

In the words of another client:

"I recognised a variety of therapeutic/psychological methods and modalities within the process, but the synthesis of all of these is what makes this so powerful."

When we release deep-rooted blocks and limiting beliefs, we let go of fear, gain energy and courage, discover our passion and purpose, feel more motivated and alive, and in some cases experience major shifts in our physical health.

The consequences that follow naturally extend into our relationships, livelihood path and other areas of our life.

About Brandon Bays: Pioneer of The Journey

The Journey was pioneered by international teacher, author and mind-body healing practitioner, Brandon Bays, who in 1992 had been diagnosed with a tumour the size of a basketball.

Catapulted into a search as to what lay underneath it and listening to her inner body wisdom, she went through a series of transformational experiences over the course of several weeks. At the end of that time – six and a half weeks – she was pronounced text-book perfect clear. No drugs, no surgery and no tumour.

The core experiences that Brandon had during that time led to the development of the Journey Process which has been used for transformational change across a range of issues beyond physical health.

(If you are interested in exploring the cellular healing aspect of the Journey further, then the work of the late Dr Candace Pert might be very useful. Dr Pert is a pioneering scientist, the author of the book, ‘The Molecules of Emotion’ and is one of the key people featured in the film ‘What The Bleep Do We Know?’)
