Comments from a Participant on a previous Meaningful Career Workshop with Muzammal

"Your workshop was a breath of fresh air! It resonated with me in ways that I did not expect. I really appreciated the calm, gentle pace and innovative approach. The exercises of listening and speaking sat in a different space to what I was used to - they felt joyous and unfettered.

I was also powerfully and positively impacted by one of the core exercises to help dissolve resistance to transitioning to a purposeful career. Thank you for this, Muzammal. I know that what I learned through this will anchor much of my decision-making in the future.

So, thank you once again for a very meaningful workshop - for the ambience and the content. I ruminated on it for days and am still contemplating its resonance weeks since."

This workshop will be facilitated by Dr Muzammal (aka Muzammal). Muzammal is an experienced facilitator, therapist and coach based in Brighton. He used to work as a medical doctor in NHS psychiatry over more than 12 years. He took the plunge and embraced both the turbulence and freedom when he shifted his own career from the medical profession to being primarily self-employed working with people but now without the option of prescribing any meds!.

He is trained in emotional breakthrough journey work, is a Permaculture Designer (nature-inspired design), and has been active in social and ecological activism over more than a decade. Muzammal has a passion for creating safe spaces that invite all parts and voices to be heard, enabling the emergence of wisdom and the catalyzing of wholeness, healing and meaningful action.

Muzammal has many years of experience working with both individuals and with groups, a core interest in recent years being helping people realign their career to their purpose
